<The story>
This is the colaborational tour with the local home cooking studio Mina Base. Masayo, the owener of Mina Base, her passion is to hand down and enhance her experiences with local elderly people and the nature around Hida-Osaka to younger generations. Her experiences with local elderly people vary from growning vegetables to learing cooking tranditions in Hida-Osaka.
You will learn what the true local life in Hida-Osaka is like while chatting with Masayo and preparing lunch together. We will pick up the local hot spring water to use for cooking and visit Gandate Park before visiting Mina Base. Yes, the nature in Hida-Osaka has a lot to do with the local people's daily lives.
Masayo is a medical herb concierge as well. Participants will also make a local traditional candy with her and will have a cozy tea time after lunch with the candy and the herbal tea sellected by Masayo.
