Hi, I'm Masayo. I opened Mina Base in 2023 to introduce and share the unique food culture of Hida-Osaka. I love the nature here and the local food that originates the unique natural background of the town. Please feel yourself at home at Mina base and enjoy the homy time for a while.
This is the colaborational tour lineup with the local home cooking studio Mina Base. Masayo, the owener of Mina Base, her passion is to hand down her experiences with local elderly people and the nature around Hida-Osaka. Her experiences with local elderly people vary from growning vegetables to learing cooking tranditions in Hida-Osaka.
This tour includes a quick visit to Gandate Park.
